- I work exclusively using Dropbox. It stores and runs files from your desktop (fast) while backing everything up in the cloud. It auto synchs with all machines on which it is installed. It is FREE for 2 gigs (more with certain incentives). I have my account installed on 4 PCs, which means that I have 4 physical back ups of all my data plus the cloud back up. It also allows me to easily share files with other printers and access my files away from home
