- Note: This guide assumes that a Ramps DIY kit is being used for the build. I recommend using a pre-assembled Ramps board and will do so on all future builds.
- Cut shafts to size and prep for assembly
- Assemble frame triangles
- Assemble front threaded rods
- Affix front threaded rods to frame triangles
- Affix Bar clamp sub-assembly and rear threaded rod to frame triangle
- Set frame width
- Set Bar clamp spacing
- Set Z bar stabilizer spacing
- Affix Z-motor mount
- Attach rod clamps to Z stabilizers
- Y-axis platform assembly
- Y-axis motor assembly
- X-axis idler assembly
- X-axis motor assembly
- X-axis carriage assembly

- Attach X-axis to frame
